Multiple treatments are needed to get the best results, usually 5-7 weeks apart for each treatment area. People with darker hair are the best candidates, but individuals with lighter hair can still undergo treatment.
Before your appointment, avoid waxing or plucking hairs in the treatment area for 4-6 weeks and sun tanning for at least 4-6 weeks. You can shave in between your treatments. No Self Tanners

What To Expect After Your Treatment
After the treatment, you may notice mild redness or bumps (Erythema). There is a small risk of redness, swelling, bruising, blistering, or discoloration. You may also experience stubble due to the elimination of dead follicles, and there is a potential for ingrown hairs or “folliculitis” (inflamed hair follicles) as the skin and hair adjust to the treatment.
Nothing should prevent you from your daily activities. No recovery downtime is needed, but it is advised to avoid the following: Saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, excessive strenuous workouts, and sun exposure for 4-6 weeks.
